Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation buys Brenham Nursing Center

The facility offers skilled nursing care and is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

A care center in Brenham, Texas, has been bought by Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers Inc, marking its 26th acquisition.

The facility, which was owned by Scott and White Healthcare, will be known as Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

The current staff members will continue to work at the care center including the management team.

Vice president of operations for Regency Karen Landman said: “I have overseen the transition of this facility from Scott & White Hospital to Regency over the past 45 days and have been very impressed with the team here at the facility as well as the community as a whole. The physician’s community is very involved in the care of Brenham residents and we are very pleased for their commitment of continued support.”

She added: “We’re excited to be here. We have over 20 years’ experience in this profession and have perfected many systems that ensure we deliver not only a high level of quality care, but quality service as well and we are eager to showcase these systems and our quality to the Brenham community.”
