Rehabilitation will be the main focus of a new 75-bed nursing home that is set to built in Springfield, Illinois.
The $12.9 million facility called The Bridge Care Suites will attract people over 50 who need intense rehabilitative therapy following hip and knee replacements, falls, sports injuries and strokes.
Based at at 3089 Old Jacksonville Road, the nursing home is expected to open at the start of next year and will be geared towards seniors who feel their “independence is paramount”, according to partner at Platinum Healthcare Brian Levinson.
