20th community of the Belmont village senior living is going to be unveiled at thousand oaks’ in California in August.

The company has already opened an information centre to provide the necessary details to their potential customers regarding the care and amenities.

The facility will provide assisted living services to its residents along with other services such as a memory enhancement program. Founder and CEO of the senior living Patricia Will explained the reason behind their huge success-“being a developer and an operator we are bound to create a place that not only provides shelter to the residents but also helps them to grow and thrive”. Her remarks came after the news of the latest addition in the ranks of the Belmont village senior living and she cited that as a stepping stone for the company. The unique programs of the senior living like the “friend circle” has also fetched them an award recently from the well renowned George Mason University.
