Adcare Health System Inc. well known for its contribution in skilled nursing and assisted living, will purchase four nursing homes in Arkansas and will also lease one facility in Missouri. The provider also announced on Monday that it has closed the remaining formalities in an $18 million acquisition of two other nursing homes.
The company expects revenue to grow next year after they have introduced an even better care solution for residents.
